Vimal K. Shah, Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Employment and Labor Practice Group, is an experienced trial and appellate litigator focusing on employment law. He represents employers’ interests in all areas of employment and labor law including: employment discrimination claims involving disability, race, sex, religion, age, and sexual harassment; ERISA class action litigation; FLSA class action litigation; contract and discharge arbitrations; employment handbooks; workers’ compensation discrimination; employment law torts; and individual and collective bargaining contracts.

Mr. Shah started his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Harold A. Baker in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
